We present our MELEIRA and its features so that you can enjoy the freedom to travel in the relaxed comfort of our motorhome that has been recently renovated inside.

With a capacity for 4 overnight stays and 4 travelers, it is easy to maneuver and with all the equipment available, nothing will be missing for you to continue traveling and enjoy nature.

Equipment:

• Toilet: separate shower, toilet, washbasin, mirrors.

• KITCHEN: 3-hot plate, Dometic fridge (RM 7401 of 97l of which 10.5l is freezer), dishwasher.

• BED: 1 permanent bed (French) + 1 bed in the living room (with use of the benches and table), bed linen.

• KITCHEN kit: 4 plates, 4 bowls, 4 glasses, 4 mugs, 4 cups of coffee, cutlery (for 4), pot, frying pan, kettle, 1 pot base, 1 serving dish, 1 salad bowl, 1 dish drainer, corkscrew, stove lighter, stove coffee maker, 2 dishcloths, 4 placemats.

• Storage/accessories: 6 hangers, 1 closet rack for laundry storage and several cabinets for more storage.

• CLEANING kit: dispenser with dish detergent and mop, microfiber cloth, dustpan with small broom, chemical toilet tablet (1 for every 3 days of rental), dustbin.

• Leisure/entertainment kit: deck of cards, board game

• SAFETY kit: coverall, triangle, 2 vests, first aid box

Owner-specific conditions:

Security deposit (managed directly by the owner): 1,000 € (one thousand Euros), payable at check-in in cash or bank transfer (immediate). The deposit will be retained (maximum 15 working days) to determine the values of use and/or costs with any damages that are not covered by the insurance.

Other conditions:

• Circulation to any place not previously agreed upon, including travel to festival venues, is prohibited.

• An amount of €0.25 will be charged for each additional km to the agreed one.

• Smoking is not allowed inside the motorhome.

• No pets allowed inside.

• It is forbidden to climb on the roof of the motorhome.

·       Tolls (class 2), parking and any fines or damage caused during the stay/use are the sole responsibility of the renter.

• Delivery must comply with the following conditions:

. Cleaned as it was received

. The fuel tank must be full as it is delivered

. both clean water tanks filled and dirty and grey water tanks discharged.

If the above indications are not respected, the following amounts may be charged:

. Unemptied WC cassette: 50€ (fifty Euros)

· Unfilled clean water tanks: 10€ (ten Euros)

· Discharge of dirty water not carried out: 20€ (twenty Euros)

· Exterior cleaning, such as: dirt on the bodywork, rims, windshield, mirrors, that is, not being as delivered: 25€ (twenty-five Euros)

· Interior cleaning, such as: traces of use of the kitchen and toilet, unswept floor, presence of residues, cleaning of the refrigerator, that is, not being as delivered: 75€ (seventy-five Euros)

· Fuel tank not full: 20€ (twenty Euros) + value of missing fuel

Other rental expenses, deducted from the value of the security deposit:

3€/day: gas

10€/rental: bathroom towels

50€/rent: laundry

50€/rental: bike rack (with space for 3)

15€/rental: Camping/outdoor kit: 1 table with 4 seats, 4 benches, 1 charcoal stove

Meleira can be delivered at Lisbon airport, or at another location, by agreement on value and time.
