Info:

The deposit must be paid up to 7 days before check-in by bank transfer (if the booking is made less than 7 days before check-in, the deposit will have a maximum period of 24h to be transferred). If the renter does not make the deposit payment within the stipulated period, a 50€/day late fee will be charged. The deposit is returned at check-out if no damages are found, and 50% of the deposit will be retained for 15 days to confirm other damages that cannot be immediately verified (such as inflatable equipment), tolls/SCUTs/fines. After these 15 days, it is also returned if everything is found without damages, tolls, SCUTs, or fines (that can be verified at that date).

On check-in day, the renter must always bring the original driver’s license valid at least until the end of the trip. If not brought, the trip is not accepted. If the owner has to wait more than 30 minutes from the scheduled time, due to the renter at check-in, for delay or lack of any documentation, a 50€ late fee will be charged.

In case of passing tolls, 15€ will be charged for activating the Via Verde service, in addition to the respective SCUTs and tolls.

In cases of any damage, the cost of replacement equipment (if material) + the repair estimate of that damage (if mechanical and/or electrical and/or aesthetic) + 100% of that total value to compensate the forced stoppage of the vehicle for indefinite days until repair and expert visits will be charged. In the case of damages to portable equipment, it will compensate the lost value of extras in the following bookings until the new equipment arrives. If the damage jeopardizes the next booking with the next client (whether on Yescapa or outside), and that booking has to be canceled, (minimum value of 500€ for canceled bookings up to this value and for canceled bookings with higher value, the total value of that canceled booking will be charged), plus the total value of the damage, plus 50€ for expert visits, to cover the loss caused by immobilization of the vehicle, expert visits, and cancellation of the next booking.

If it is verified that the vehicle is used under prohibited conditions, such as: traveling with more people than allowed in the vehicle (2), traveling abroad, or bringing animals, a 500€ fine will be charged.

If the vehicle arrives in very poor cleaning condition or with tanks not emptied/filled, a 50€ fine will be charged. In case of not filling the fuel, the fuel tank value + 50€ will be charged.
